Cara membuat Ulundu vadai

  1. Rendam kcang dhal ulundu selama semalaman atau 4 jam..
  2. Bila sudah kembang kacang dhal, boleh blender. Pastikan air sdikit shj digunakan ketika blender. Tuk mmastikan snang dibntuk..
  3. Selepas siap blender, masukkan bahan² lain kdalam bekas..
  4. Selepas siap msuk bahan, kacau rata dahulu supaya sebati..
  5. Bentukkan adunan menjadi bentuk donut..
  6. Panaskan minyak dan boleh digoreng ulundu vadai kita..
